⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Smoke City! BZ, the cashier who assisted me, was absolutely awesome. He was friendly, professional, and very helpful in making sure I found exactly what I needed. It’s not often you come across customer service that stands out, but BZ definitely made my visit a positive one. The store was well-stocked, had everything I was looking for, and the overall experience was excellent. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend Smoke City to anyone looking for great products and outstanding customer service. Thanks again, BZ!

Do not come here for your vape. Horrible customer service, no refund or exchange policy. I had just recently bought a Foger pod and left. Came back 15 minutes later because the pod had a horrible taste to it, seemed defective. The cashier plainly said no refunds or exchanges, and even tasted the pod. Flavor was Strawberry kiwi. There is a difference between no flavor and slight burnt taste to strawberry kiwi. Don’t waste your time and money on this place.

I was having a pretty rough Valentine’s Day and honestly just needed to get out of the house, and I’m really glad I stopped by Smoke City. Gibby Fender was working the overnight shift and completely changed the vibe of my night. His knowledge and wisdom when it comes to flower products is on another level, and he took the time to actually listen and make solid recommendations instead of rushing the sale. On top of that, the company alone was worth the stop. I didn’t even realize Smoke City was open 24 hours until that night, and now I know the overnight shift is where it’s at. With Gibby, it’s not just a buying experience you’re getting a young OG who’s down to earth, genuinely cares about his customers, and brings real compassion and good energy to the store. If you need something overnight or just want great service and conversation, go see Gibby at Smoke City. Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had.

Everyone always says "go here they are good" they all the same but the service here is impeccable! Subhadra helped me pick a great vape flavor and the shelves stay stocked too. The torch selection is wild too
